Hello all,

According to Mid West Recruiting1 twitter account Notre Dame has just recently struck up contact with 5* DB MacKensie Alexander. They have been really reliable in the past and you should give them a follow if you currentlyare not! Just wondering if anyone else has heard anything about this ?!?!

If you knew Michael Floyd, then yes, cocky is definitely an apt description.

No.......................

Jimmy Clausen was cocky...i'd take another Jimmy any day of the week.

Being cocky is having confidence....it's just letting everyone know you're confident....especially the guy you're going against

It's also obnoxious, unnecessary, and against what I think Notre Dame is about. In addition, you can't show me any correlation between cockiness and excellence -- plenty of cocky sh*ts have accomplished nothing, and plenty of quietly confident guys have achieved great things.

I don't even know if such descriptions of Alexander are accurate. However, if they are and he chooses ND, he better check that crap at Michiana Regional this summer.

i'm not cocky, i'm convinced.

Did Alexander even make an unofficial visit to campus?

Kid spent 5 days on campus for camp and got to spend time with Heuerman and Jaylon amongst others so he definitely knows what campus is like...only thing he hasn't experience is gameday and i doubt that will ever happen

Just can't see it happening. Officials only to Mississippi and Mississippi State. They seem like different kinds of schools than ND. Strangely enough, Ole Miss might be putting together a pretty good recruiting class. Treadwell committed today. They are front-runners for Alexander. Nkemdiche is apparently leaning that way. It would be kinda nice to see someone besides 'Bama get some of that talent.
