Hey, Mark May, remember how after the bowl game last year, you said FSU was ready for a NC title run, and ND was just not there yet.

How did that work out for you?

I remember the ESPN crew were picking FSU vs. OU for the championship game. How things have changed.

I feel about this game the way I felt about Boise-Oklahoma in 2007.

My initial stance is that I hope FSU wins 77-3. You can put me in the camp that feel NIU has no business in this game and mid-majors should, for the most, part, just go away.

On the other hand, I have a soft spot for underdogs; couple that soft spot with my I hatred of Free Shoes and I'll probably end up pulling for NIU by the second series.

Slaughter rule in effect for this one, I believe.

I'm a big time mid major guy....and have a few buddies playing for niu so I'm goin for them and think they can do it

Played fundamentally good ball until that play.

Possibly worst no PI I've ever seen

holding at least, he was face guarding never looked for the ball and never took his darn hands off

epic fail refs

Blatant DPI. NIU WR beat his man off the snap, so FSU DB just went statue with his arms out and wouldn't let the WR pass him.

And btw there weren't any rosé bowl threads but that was a great game

Yes it was! It was exactly as I expected out of both teams. We can argue all say about why Wiscy didnt belong & I agree they didnt, but I felt it was going to be an even matchup.

Lynch definitely has that Tebow, Klein, Robinson, Rees subpar arm, that NIU Defense can't hold up forever, complete some passes Lynch....

So glad we have Golson, he has a very Legit Arm, like Russell Wilson does..

Didn't take long for ESPN to claim FSU beat ND. Yeah no. Shitty ass play-calling by Kelly cost them the game. They had that game and Kelly didn't trust Rees(with good reason) and shut it down at half-time.

Here's to hoping he trusts Golson a little more.

Anyone see Ronald "nitro" Darby was named ACC defensive rookie of the year? He had 18 tackles and several pass breakups for the season. Too bad he didn't end up at ND, he would have made a great backup for Russell

Darby made a great tackle on the 1st play of the game with the initial tax return. No doubt he's an amazing athlete. I wish ND could have held onto him.

Don't really care about the game. But look at that playing surface! It's beautiful!!

They just showed a program comparison between ND and Bama that said ND only has 8 National Titles not 11. Whats up with that?
