Where did you get those numbers? We don't know what Kelly makes considering ND is a private university. He also got an extension I want to say last year.

 

As a tax exempt organization, ND has to file a 990 form with the IRS and that form is public record.

This is a tactic used by coaches to gain leverage in negotiating a new contract. Tear up the old deal and give him "urban-money"... No lifetime contracts, but a big fat raise is in order
