This could be a beatdown of epic proportions. LSU is the most physical team in college football and Clemson is really soft.

Looked rough....btw first mention of sec speed just dropped

Shouldn't Clemson, as a major BCS program that shares a state with an SEC member (South Carolina) and is made up almost 100% of players from SEC states also have "SEC speed", or is that something exclusive to teams inside the SEC?

On a related note, did all of Texas A&M's players recruited to play in the Big 12 get upgraded to "SEC speed" upon the announcement of its entrance into the SEC?

I know haha....over half the players on ND USC osu Texas ou etc. had sec offers but nope....sec is way faster

Wow It's realllllllllllly surprising that a team is ACTUALLY competing with a dominate SEC team that should have beat Alabama.. I mean I thought all of the teams in the SEC were far more dominant then any other team in America besides Oregon??? Hmmm I can already hear the excuses-- "Well LSU had an off game, they really are a lot better then that.." or the one that I've already heard - "Clemson is like Oregon; they both have dominant offenses, and that's the only way to compete with the SEC.. Any other style football team would get blown out"

Dontcha just love college football

Clemson's Oline is getting demolished, I think Clemson is able to compete with LSU at the skill positions, but their Oline cannot contain LSU's pass rush.

This is the LSU team that should have beat Bama.. even if Clemson doesnt win, it shows that the SEC isnt as "unbeatable" as advertised.. I feel more confident

just heard LSU and the hat have been kicked out of the SEC. loss will not count. taj boyd is the heisman winner for 2013

Lol Miles last second timeout didn't do anything. Bigtime stuff from Clemson on that 4th down. Clemson coach was going nuts after the game.

Best coach reaction after a W that I have seen in a long time. Total passion for his team!

The boys at ESPN are, as we speak, feverishly working on ways to explain away an SEC bowl loss.

Especially a top sec team. Man I love seeing this. I hope they all lose.

ACC is striking back.

Georgia Tech beat a PAC12 team (USC)

Syracuse beat a BigXII team (WVU)

VT beat a B1G team (Rutgers)

Clemson knocks off an SEC team (LSU)

FSU, Pitt, and Louisville still to go...

DUke and NC State's losses are the only blemishes on the record but the ACC is likely to emerge as the league with the best record this year.
