Becoming a one-dimensional game that favors ground attacks is unfair. Too many football fans who have that "cold weather makes you a man" mentality. Dome puts everything on an even playing field and so does warm weather. Run, Throw, Agility, Speed, Power, everything is there for both teams to use in a dome or warm weather. The same cannot be said for snowy, rainy, or even cold weather.

How about the Dallas-Skins game tonight? Just above freezing, but clear. Fair?

A team up north with an outdoor stadium is built for such scenarios because they play a solid number of their games in such an environment... Quit thinking like a damn Colts fan who cried about Manning being forced to leave his bubble ;) It's pretty transparent.

The weather forecast for the game Monday night is 67° with a 40% chance of showers. Looks like this game will get wet.

I say they should alternate the National title game. Even years in Miami and odd years in GREEN BAY!!!! Man up guys. Last time I checked the NFL plays games in places like Chicago, Cleveland, Foxboro, New York, Pittsburgh, Green Bay and Buffalo. Those places get snow and cold in December and January.

It was great to see the snow at the Pinstripe Bowl.

You are making my point, it creates an unfair advantage.

btw: Peyton Manning is still the best QB to ever play the game. :)

and teams in the south are use to their environment. They don't need to choose between multiple cleats. If northern teams has to prep for inclement weather 1/3 of the year season and the south doesn't, at the very least it gives the south more time to just practice without worrying about scenarios.

I'd like to see the games move around or hell, have an southern school travel above the mason dixon late in the year.

I'll interested in seeing if we ever play FSU and Miami at home in Nov. or will they schedule them early in the season.

ROTFL .. sorry but that forecast is way too far out to take seriously. As a South Floridian I will tell you that the weather here is very very local You can be in West Palm Beach and have sunny skies, and have flood warnings from thunderstorms in Miami....

Wait till Saturday and you might get the right weather forecast...
