..a curse for us that tOSU couldn't make the postseason this year? I think we'd have an easier game with them than Bama. HOWEVER - I do wanna knock the SEC off their throne.. Guess I'm a little torn.

Most think a 1 loss Bama would have jumped an undefeated OSU because OSU played a garbage schedule.

I remember hearing about that, but I just don't think they could've left OSU out of the NC. I mean, A. It's Ohio State and B. Bama played 3 hard teams this year.

Who did Notre Dame play?

Michigan? Bama too, and the Tide destroyed them. USC? Are they even ranked now? Oklahoma? How many games did they lose? Four? Stanford was the best the Irish played. I would rank the Tide ahead of the Irish and Ohio State.

The real question you missed was how many games did ND loose? How many games did Bama loose? Nuff said... and p.s Stanford>TA&M.

Uh, Oklahoma has 2 loses, 1 to ND, 1 to the #5 ranked team.

ND played zero FCS teams, how many did Bama play?

Stanford, Oklahoma, Michigan, USC

LSU, Georgia, Michigan, Mississippi State

These are the 4 best wins for each team. I don't see much difference. The only difference I see is an Alabama loss to Texas A&M. Some may say that ND doesn't blow out opponents and lacks the "style points" of Alabama, but I think that we can all agree that Florida is capable of beating Bama and Florida was trailing the Ragin' Cajuns deep into the 4th quarter. Alabama beat Georgia by 4 points and the game ended at the 5 yard line. What makes anyone think that Georgia can hang with Bama but not ND?

You would rank Bama ahead of ND and OSU? Shocking.

If you would honestly rank them ahead of ND then you are just being chauvinistic and therefore your opinion should be null and void. The SEC was a joke this year and you losing to A&M was the punchline. See you on the 7th.

Oklahoma only lost two games, one to the #1 team in the country and one to probably the second best team in the country Kansas State. So glad ND isn't playing the Wildcats or Oregon-those two were the best 1 loss teams in the country this year.

Notre Dame was 9-0 vs. bowl eligible teams. Alabama was 3-1.

You are comparing Bama's schedule TO ANYONE. Bama has a weak-ass schedule... Who the hell did they play? LSU (overrated, no offense) and A&M (jury is still out on how good they actually are) and .... one of the biggest blunders of the entire season, having a ranked Miss St... Dont even bother trying to tell me that they are worth anything. Before the Georgia game, you had one of the weakest schedules of the ranked teams. Play some more FCS teams to pad your stats. Dont even bother comparing the overrated SEC and Bama's childish schedule here muchacho.

If OSU was eligible, they would have been #2 playing ND. No doubt about it. An undefeated team from an AQ conference would never get jumped by a one loss team.

Bama played Western frikin Kentucky, Florida sucky Atlantic, and Western (not Eastern) Carolina. Give me a break. If they played a real schedule they may not be in the title game. When you play 3 high school teams you don't risk injuries. Boy, if we played those kind of sucky teams we would never hear the end of it. Can't wait to beat them.

Not only that, but LSU and Georgia had them dead to rights also. Frankly, Alabama is lucky to have only 1 loss. The issue is though is they've kicked all their other opponents' keisters real good. Guys, they score touchdowns flat out. Biggest difference between us and them, their redzone offense is excellent. Ours is pretty crappy honestly. We must score touchdowns to win this one. If we do that and protect the ball, we have a very good shot to win.

Bama played WESTERN KENTUCKY, WESTERN CAROLINA, and FLORIDA ATLANTIC out of conference, and a 2 win Auburn, and an arkansas team just as bad, in conference.

Good points. Honestly, the SEC just isn't as good this year as it has been. They also got lucky by not having to play Florida. They are, quietly, sitting at 3 now. Muschamp has done very well there.

I can't wait to see Oklahoma beat A&M.. That will show these Bama fans they should be worried.

Oklahoma is in dissarray. They have had a couple players arrested and their best defensive lineman will not play because of his second arrest. I really think A%M wins this game, but it will be close. Still, we kicked Oklahoma and that is when this train started roaring.

Excellent work feeding the Alabama troll, guys.

We've been cordial long enough.

What everyone forgets, they brag how Alabama had 350 yds against Georgia D. Give me a break, Georgia rushing D at the time was #57 and sucked then and still sucks, ND rushing D is no Georgia, Bama might get ver 100 yds rushing bt not by much. LSU has a pretty good D but Bama still has not seen a D as good as ND D. McCaron is good but not when under pressure, when ND stuffs the run they will become one dimensional and ND with tuitt and shembo will pin their ears back and pressure him all second half. ND by at least 14.
