So so hard to turn down Golson, but I'm a bit of a Daniels geek. Couldn't go chalk for all four picks.

I was really tempted to put Grace for my next year list as I'll be interested in seeing how he "fills" Te'o's shoes. Not that he has to be Manti Te'o, but to see if someone can soften the blow of Manti leaving.

 

exactly why I put him. I have never seen coaches praise a backup as much as the ND staff has praised Grace. I really hope Grace softens the blow of losing Teo. Remember, we loved Teo for so many reasons outside of his athletic ability. I know it is unlikely, but Grace could end up being just as productive as Teo if he is as good as Diaco and the staff thinks he is... The problem may be who becomes the leader of the defense?

If I had to just choose one to follow going forward into the future, I would have to say that Keivarae Russell would not be a bad choice. The more I read and hear about Keivarae, like Coach Cooks' interview today and the recent Chicago Tribune article, the more I am impressed and intrigued by his potential.
