BWQ
Coach Kelly quipped something to the effect that it's good news for a head coach when his university allows him to stay on the West Coast to recruit after his final regular season game. So, whom will Coach likely visit?
ColinKSU
He has an in-home with Max Redfield on Monday. I'd imagine he'll catch up with Sebastian LaRue as well.

Almost HAS to seal the deal with Redfield! I feel good about this. Btw, the kid himself said that ND is recruiting him as an athlete. I think he likes that, amongst other things. IrishCalves
I think Redfield seems on board with playing DB in college too. Some of the interviews I've seen lead me to believe that he's open to playing whatever side of the ball, but won't be heartbroken if he ends up on one side over another. Kind of like Russell was in moving to corner - a good dude who won't try to micromanage his shot at getting to the league, or put his ideas and interests ahead of the team's. NDhoosier
I think he stated in a recent interview that even though he will play any position, he preferred DB. Not 100% sure though, I could be mixing up my interviews.

Plays free safety currently, and said that's where he envisions playing at the next level. Either way, it's good to hear from a staff that they're willing to be flexible and play a kid where he's needed.

Yeah but he also mentioned that it's open with ND about what position he plays while Ore only wants him as a FS. I read between the lines there for him to mean he somewhat prefers that more open approach by ND. Though he did say the thing about envisioning himself on the defensive side of the ball...
