NYNDIRISH723 14
Who are you going to be rooting for next week in the SEC Title game and why? I personally want Alabama because I think they will play to our strengths and I want to play the defending champs. What say you?
beach1 0
did not realize it mattered. i thought Alabama was the only team who could be in it, after all beating them made Johnny Manziel go from another player to the almost unanimous heisman winner after that game. So is Georgia allowed to win or do they have to play with one hand tied behind their back??????
SpecialFNK 0
I want Alabama. that is the team many said was sooo good all season as if they could beat even an NFL team. I want ND to beat Alabama, so then all these ND haters can suck it. what will they're excuse be then!

NYNDIRISH723 14
If Georgia wins, does Murray become the Heisman front runner? I dont know if he will be able to swoop in and win it at this stage of the game. I think Manziel probably has the best shot, but dont sleep on Manti. 7 picks and over 100 tackles on the #1 team in the country.
irishfan82 9
Kansas St would be nice. Otherwise I say Georgia please

irishrb 0
I would rather see Georgia. I don't know if it's the hype or recruiting ratings of Bama, but I want the team ND has a better chance of beating.
Morgandonor 44
I want bama but my buddy is a Georgia alum. That means tickets.
irishrb 0
Another reason I would rather see Georgia....coaching. IMO, Saban is a better coach and that is a lot of time for coaching to make a difference.
AtLeastMySisWasIrish 0
Playing Alabama would be the headline...repeat of '73, Saban vs Kelly etc but ND/Georgia has history as well...one thing to think about is the family fun the game would bring - Papa Daniels (Dawg) vs Davaris... IMO, Saban is a better coach and that is a lot of time for coaching to make a difference. Ding! Ding! Ding! ^^^ but it won't happen. Georgia is going to get killed. They are not very good. Look at their schedule. They only played two good teams. They beat Florida and lost to SC 35 - 7.
ND_Clover 0
BAMA no doubt for me. Bring on the best .....
IrishGuy 199
Put me in the bring on anyone club.....our team is not getting beat by anyone!!!
IrishCalves 0
I'm not sold on McCarron. That said, I don't like our other matchups as much against Bama. 6 of 1, half a dozen of the other. I THINK I'd prefer to take on Georgia, but you're splitting hairs there. I think we could get to AJ McCarron more readily than Aaron Murray, but if we're winning more battles in the trenches, it may not matter as much. Bama has a stellar offensive line. corysold 0
Alabama. They have the most arrogant fan base I've ever seen. 5 good years and they think they are the best college football program ever. I'd like nothing more than for ND to beat them. You can't talk logically with them. They actually think they deserve the 1973 National Title (which they do officially claim), despite losing to unbeaten ND in the Sugar Bowl. MantyIrish 0
Bama for sure. Defending champs, going for their third title in four years.
