I am sick of all the SEC is the greatest and they are unbeatable talk. I am glad we will likely be playing someone from that conference. I believe if we would have played Oregon or K State and we won the media would down play the legitimacy of ND's championship.

In order for ND to truly put an end to the BS we needed to play them. I believe the SEC is very good but they are all beatable. I belive with all of the time we will have to prepare for the championship, BK will have the team ready to beat Bama or any other SEC team that comes ND's way.

ND>Oregon or Kstate= they still couldn't beat Bama

ND>Bama = STFU!

To me, there can only be one opponent to shut up the entire hater-nation and that is Alabama. Its like a cult out there and people are not going to accept their demigod's flaws until someone shows that the emperor has no clothes on national TV....the LSU game failed to convince people, and they STILL doubt Alabama's mortality after TA&MU took them down....the only way to end this insanity is to beat them on the field, leave no doubt in an Oklahoma style take down...

I've watched the BCS Countdown show the past couple weeks and it seems the SEC love or "homerism" I should say, comes more from David Pollack than anyone else. It's annoying none the less. Just like with Mark May, the Irish's play on the field quiet's their mouths.

Let them ALL doubt us.......It fuels us as human beings! It brings out one of our most powerful traits ....Fight or Flight response! .....I just had this happen to me today . My buddy that I haven't seen in a while (Big Bama Fan) said to me do you really want this . I grinned and said yeah its time. I then went on saying its going to be like a LSU Bama game .He said don't compare yourself to a SEC team especially one of the caliber of LSU. I felt it right a way. The FIGHT response. I thought .....This is what makes underdogs win. .....This is why Notre Dame plays so well when where expected lose.....This is a trait only True champions have naturally .....We have it!

If an objective viewer can't tell that ND > LSU, I would stop talking college football with that person.
