Irish Bengal 0
Thanks for posting. What a special kid such a positive role model for today's youth. It's as if Manti has been doing his "mission" this year at Notre Dame through self sacrifice (I don't know if I'm saying it right, it is just terrible the loss he has gone through, but he has touched so many lives and become a role model while enduring his own pain). 1qa 0
What I admire most about Manti is his humility and empathy. He is wise beyond his years... personal loss tends to accelerate that maturity, but he also had the capacity to abosrb and transform his understanding of life. I believe he is a true example of how to lead a faithful and spirtual life... independent of being Morman. He is an exemplary Christian. I also like that he shares his faith, but he does not preach it... nor wear it like it as a righteous vanity. Bless him for all he gives. tdnd81 2
I'm I taking for granted watching one of the greatest player ever at ND?? I might be. I want to give Charlie Frickin Weis and his staff for getting this absolute stud to come to South Bend Indiana. It's not just his play on the field, you can tell he is just a stud and a team leader
moostache 0
Manti Te'o is one of my favorite people now. I have not had the pleasure of meeting this extraordinary young man, but every week I make sure my sons watch the game with me and every week we watch Manti's amazing performances on the field, on the sidelines, after the game with Alex, during the game with his teammates and then we talk about he does it the right way. He is all class and such an amazing role model that it really makes you feel his time at Notre Dame is something we will all look back on decades from now and say we remember when.... IrishMojo25 0
Whats most amazing is that even with his team being top 5 and undefeated...even with him being in the top 3 heisman race...even with the biggest game of his career coming up....Manti is still putting everyone else first and showing everyone that football is just a game and that making a difference in this world is what he strives for.....Manti is an amazing person and how lucky that ND fans and the college football fan base is to have a front row seat to witness his effect on peoples lives...Manti is the definition of a role model

Island Domer 0
I was as excited or more excited when manti chose ND on NSD. I was excited about all of his talent and his maturity. I had to walk out of work so I could scream "yes!" . I never thought he could be as good a player as he is . As great a player as he is he a better man. God bless Manti and his faithful service. One of the greatest men to ever wear an Irish uniform. I have never been this proud of an athlete in my intire life. I hope their are many young kids out their following this example of a hero!
