Alright... I have to chuckle a bit at this one. I am not a superstitious person by nature. But I have worn the same game day shirt every weekend and I tell my friends that we will win again because I have it on. They just laugh at me. I must admit that I feel more confident that we will win with me wearing it each weekend. Okay... so dont be afraid to share yours. Go Irish!

Ya, I'll keep my balls where they are, thanks.

I love these crazy buncha people on here :)

Who is this Sligo character everyone speaks so highly of?????

Don't mind him....he's a nutty canadian ;)

Great list, fellas!

I "used to be superstitious" til I got very busy. However, I noticed I've been wearin the same old, unwashed, Champion brand No. 25 Blue & Gold jersey every week. Funny thing is, I used to lay out my jerseys carefully, etc. This season, the old jersey is usually wadded up and found in a pile among clean, unfolded socks, under the bed or even behind my nightstand! It looks like hell at first, but shines after victory!

It's not my superstitious ceremony, but it is what it is.... WORKING!!

Man, you have to get yourself a new superstition!:drunk:

Yeah...poor fella!

I haven't worn any ND apparel during the games. It makes me sick because there is a closet full of awesome game day wear.

Ouch!

I remeber counting 14 ND hats in my closet at one point. Probably not a drop in a bucket for some ppl, but I thought it was a bit disturbing

Say what you will about Tommy, CR, GA3, TR... I may have actually, single-handedly, won this game today!!

I did some work. Came in, cut my hair, took a shower, shaved & got ready for the game. Went to grab my gold no. 25 jersy and....wtf?! Where the hell is my jersey?! Found it at the bottom of a laundry basket!! No big deal, threw it in the dryer with a fabric softener sheet, donned my shirt and watched the game! Close call, but thanks for the applause!!

Btw, i spilled a WHOLE bowl of corned beef & cabbage on my jesey after the game! My wife says theres NO way in hell that that jersey is not getting cleaned. I told her rinsing it is cool, but do NOT wash it!

Sumbitch! So much for my doing away with superstition!!!

I almost always wear a green or navy shirt on game days but I make sure I wear green if our opponents' colors include blue or blue if their colors include green. Yesterday was a green ND shirt.

It's not a superstition though, it's just a...Habit. Yeah, a habit.

Ouch!

LOL! Its funny when I go back and look at pictures from about 8th grade through college, in about every one I'm wearing a ND tee and I know for sure the only hats I wore in HS and early college were ND. Matter of fact every HS photo day had me wearing ND shirts, including one of my senior pictures where I wore a white ND sweatshirt.

I have been drinking out of my 24oz ND mug since the Purdue game. It has worked so far ! The 24oz rum and cokes have worked and today the 24oz Newcastle worked so hey I will bring my mug to my Dad's house next weekend. Does that count?? What a badass season, its unreal !
