I love our team, and I know they can win any game on their schedule, but I was in the stands in the cold rain in 2002 when fredo ruined our season.... I am gun shy...

The ONLY reason I am worried is because of the very physical matchup last week...players have got to be soar especially our DLine...however this BYU is nowhere near as good as ND, but that doesn't matter on occasion in college football

I was worried about BYU before Maurice Stovall caught 10 balls for 1000 yards against these fools..

Come on guys, we all have battered wife syndrome. Nuffin to worry about here. Come out from under the bed.

I worry about every game, but I honestly believe that we can shut this team out on Saturday afternoon.

If you're a long time ND fan you worry about EVERYONE. Back in the day when they were on top, ND brought out the best in every team they played. I expect to see that again every weekend now. It's a nice problem to have. Much better than the recent past.

Any other year I might be, but with the leadership on this team I don't see the guys coming out flat and that's the only way BYU can hang with ND.

LOL. Yeah Dropping games to Air Force and Northwestern goes to that.

ND needs to come ready to play and not let up. They need to get better every week.

A team not as good on paper is equal with a few miscues.

No letting up.

I would be concerned if we didn't have the leadership that we have. Honestly, BYU has a terrible offense. They won't be able to move the ball and/or score against us. Our offense will bring it. They still have something to prove. We win, and we cover the spread. It won't be close.

This is coming from a guy who has been an ND fan since '97. I haven't seen the glory years- only disappointments. I've been let down by such great teams as the '02, '05, and '06 teams. This team is different. This team is full of winners. No let downs this weekend.

I was worried for a MOMENT___when it looked like Tommy alone for the whole game---thats problematic to me---but now that Golson is cleared , i think we will be fine.

It is true the defense is exhausted---so a little positive offense from BYU here and there is likely IMHO---but i look for us to have our BIGGEST PASSING GAME OF THE YEAR---LOOK FOR 3 TD PASSES FROM EVERETT in this one.

ND 31---BYU 17---

aloha's

I was among those worried in the preseason about BYU. But after seeing BYU play more than I wanted this season, not tremendously worried. It will be close if ND plays poorly offensively *and* turns it over, but I just don't see BYU's offense with many sustained drives.

I think we are going to put up our first goose egg.

I agree with you, sir. Make it 5 games without a TD.

In the college landscape, just about anyone can beat just about anyone on any given Saturday. It's what makes it so fun to watch and BYU represents a team which plays ND with passion so who knows? However I feel this team with the excellent leadership being demonstrated throughout the locker room has that feel of something special. ND will not lose this game. Should be a good one but a win none the less.

Not at all. THis is my birthday gift and I am goingto this game so I am going to say we will shut them down and spank them as they leave the stadium.

The only thing that scares me is Byu has a good defense and our offense is not the strength of our team. Better team will win though and that's Notre Dame.

Not worried as long as the weather holds. I think that BK's process will do plenty to avoid a trap game scenario. I may be looking ahead (with dread) to the OU game, but I'm confident our players are 100% focused on BYU.

I'm not worried about the opponent just the fact that they are sandwiched between Stanford and Oklahoma...
