Posted October 7, 201212 yr Yeah, give it to him. Great game under bright lights with a lot of pressure. No turnovers, nice passes, fantastic runs, and good decisions. He's still a red shirt freshman, but he's playing himself out of that designation. Now get a better watch, kid, start being a leader, and show us next week. Oh, and let's hold on to that ball a lit-tle better. http://cache.daylife.com/imageserve/0ae982x9A32oc/350x.jpg

October 7, 201212 yr Author Golson's QB rating: 17/22 for 186 yards, 0 TD and 0 INT. That is a 148 QB rating. Very good. Some might even say "great." But what does not figure into his rating is the 6 runs for 51 yards. Really, those should somehow figure in. I'd say he deserves at least a 160 rating for that. Which, really, is a great game. But, considering it was a mediocre Defense we played against, we'll still call that very good.
