Just looking at the impact of IrishMob13 makes me think this would be a great yearly thing for our recruits. It creates a sort of established club for the recruits, and in particular the fanatical ones, to reach out to other elite recruits.

 

As fans we should nudge other classes into adopting the moniker and adopting the principles of it...

The names are something that the recruits themselves need to make. Once it becomes "established" it stops being cool. Kind of like The Shirt and the pep rallies. Leave it to the recruits to do their own thing.

I was just about to say this... Each class needs to have their own identity and their own say in the class otherwise it losses the appeal that it currently has. They need to feel a type of ownership to the class identity, not something they inherited.

Also, I think recruits would find it pretty cool this is something not set up by the school but by recruits like themselves. A sort of tradition before you become part of the tradition.

 

Also the name and the fact that it's unofficial and off-the-books gives it an aura of coolness to it.
