Posted August 28, 200519 yr DJ was solid on a pathetic night for MP. He made some great plays, but is very raw. A few yrs under Vaas and Weis should serve him well. I left early when MP trailed 26-6.
August 28, 200519 yr I heard their OL was terrible, which made for some tough situations for DJ. I also heard, as you said, he looks like a ton of raw talent.

August 29, 200519 yr Not to mention that the played a tough team who knew to target Jones with the pressure. If he has as much athletic ability as everyone seems to think, it will be awesome to see what Professor Weis and his staff of TEACHERS can mold him into.

August 29, 200519 yr Isn't Johnson committed to Illinois? No, but some pretty big schools are going after him. we never showed an interest. He is being recruited by: Illinois, Tennessee, Iowa State, Michigan State, Minnesota, Nebraska, Oregon and USC. All have offered except USC.
