With the rash of recent QB commits, and the one we are all waiting for, I was trying to figure out where some of the bigger names would end up.... Ryan Mallet was rumored to be between Texas & Michigan, but after Texas pulled out he reopened his recruitment adding five teams including USC. So, I attempted to come up with the top 13 QB prospects...

PS- I noticed that alot of these players were interested in ND... Likely will not come because of JC... but there orther interest were teams we play.

I think that JC is coming to the land of the IRISH and that The next Drew Brees - Corbin Louks will be going to Purdue.

I have heard that Purdue is hot on Louks and like USC are having him to camp. If for some reason my source takes a dump(which I highly doubt) then I would like to see Louks Irish! If not then we will at least get to see the kid play once a year. Could be good or bad!

I see Paulus at Michigan, not SC. I do see Cutliffe and Tenn getting a good QB this year as well, not sure who.

agreed, I don't see Paulus at USC. I see Michigan or Tennessee.

With Forcier at UCLA, given JC ends up Irish, I don't know where SC turns.....maybe Munns? maybe even Mallet?

I cant see Paulus at Michigan, because with Texas getting their QB, Mallet is pretty close to a lock for Michigan

I think as soon as JC pulls the trigger your gonna see alot of these guys commit like dominoes. Michigan will get Mallett or Paulus... Whoever pulls the trigger first. USC will offer two or three and have a commit inside a week.

 

Then there will be blood in the water, and the feeding frenzy will begin. The next big question is who gonna be the Mustain of the year?

 

Of course, there is gonna be a second feeding frenzy with all the players trying to get on the ND recruiting express.

Well Michigan got Mallet... not a big suprise there. Now the question is where will Paulus end up? I have not seen anything about SC offering him on Friday.

I take it back.... Paulus did get an offer on Friday. I expect he will pull the trigger soon.

i agree now, i thought for a long time paulus would be at tenn, now i really think USC is going to lock him down, NC is still a sleeper with his big brother right up the road at UNC but im starting to the USC may be where he goes, i would say tennesse has slid down

dont feel bad for coach cut, he could have won some NC's here but now hes decided to watch the demise of the tenn. program, slowly but surely its erroding away, kind of like we did under davie and ty...they need a new coach almost as badly as scUM, hopefully neither wil get new ones so we can just continue to watch them lose

To me, Paulus just seems to be fit for Tennessee.
