I agree. Most signs are pointing to the few days following this weekend. I wouldn't be surprised at all to have something at least semi-concrete by Tuesday at the latest.

My best guess--- it will be brian kelly-- it will be early next week--just a feeling based on the statements of all the principles--- and the emergence of some very low level names as possible candidates----look for the rumor mill to pick up on sunday-- and MR KELLY TO BE OUR NEW COACH NEXT WEEK----!! aloha go irish!

Remember when Kelly was interviewed after Saturday's game? He said he would know his coaching situation in 7-10 days.

How can we decide on a bowl game if we don't have a coach yet??? Of anyone is pissed/stressed that Weis didn't work out Swarbrick has to be at the very top of his list. AD of ND is no small task at all.

The players are voting on whether or not to go to a bowl game and Ianello and the rest of the staff will coach them if they decide to go....you have to remember that CW was the only one let go....

From what i've read/heard...most of the players aren't counting on going to a bowl game...should know by friday
