With this being the bye week, what better time to speculate on recruiting. My guess as to who will fill out our class our:

 

Anthony Barr

bruce gaston

Sean parker or

David Amerson

Matt James (possible)

 

 

i really do not see us landing anymore after these guys. We will still have a very good class. And coudl get a slepper like Pullard, Stone, etc. but that is who I think it will be for us all in all a good class.

so hard to predict at this point. i think will know alot come after oct 17. i dont think will get a bunch of guys if we win that game, but it might grab the attention of a few recruits that we did not expect.

I think that we take 10 and possibly 11 more commitments. Here are my predictions:

If Louis Nix, Florida DT, comes up here on his own dime for the SC game, it could get interesting. A soft verbal to Miami, this will be his 3rd trip to ND, MSU was his official...

I had to laugh out loud on #6. We have NO chance with White and the only two are committed elsewhere!

Corey Cooper is a pretty soft verbal... And the illini are terrible and QB-less (Juice benched), I dont think getting ONE of Tailer and Cooper would be a shock at all

Would ND really take 2 RB's this class after getting Cierre and Riddick last year?

Also, as the next poster stated, Cooper is less and less likely to stick with his "soft verbal" to Illinois every day. As a matter of fact, so is C.J. Fiedorowicz. Lastly, there has been rampant speculation about Jones and his early commitment to Stanford. If ND doesn't get him, then Alabama is another potential destination.

I think maybe we take 7 -8 more recruits.

I have a very good source inside the Johnsburg program. CJF is all but done with the Illini. I think he ends up at Iowa, although I wouldn't rule ND out.

until he was interviewed and ND was not stated as being one of the schools that was recruiting him the hardest.

 

I agree that we still have a shot at TJ & Cooper, but there hasnt been much to smile about on either prospect. TJ opened up his recruitment outside of ND/Stanford and Cooper hasnt said much about ND.
