Sounds good to me Ray. If this team doesnt go at least 10-2 this year its a major failure. With all the talent and now experience and a bowl victory its not crazy to think that.

I love the attitude guys...... But i will take the wait and see road... SDSU, BC, NC, PITT and frickin SYRACUSE at home are way to fresh in my mind..

 

I think we all were just so happy seeing that bowl game that we lost track that the game before that we got our ass handed to us by SC and the week before we lost at home to Syracuse.. Did you know Akron destroyed SY!! And don't get me started on the SDSU game...

 

I know we will be a much better team this year.... and much better is??? 10-2?? i hope so, but i think more like 8-9 wins..

If I would have told you that we were going to a BCS game in 05 after going 6-6 with a blow-out bowl loss in 04, what would you have said to me then?

I probably would have said we didn't have much of a shot.. Hey trust me i hope we go to the BCS this year... Problem is when you get kicked in the balls year after year and lose to crappy teams like Syracuse (2).... byu, navy, and it feels like MSU beats us every year...

 

Until we start kicking the living $hit out of some of these teams (crappy teams like sdsu nev navy etc) I am on the wait and see game... Remember last year when we were talking about how we are going to destroy sdsu ? I do and i was one of the guys saying i just want a win, and that is sad, because i am saying that again this year with Nevada... I just want a win, and i should be saying i just want a win by 35++++

I hear you man. I was at the insight bow in 04. One of the worst days in my life. I thought there was no light at the end of the tunnel, that BQ was never going to amount to anything, etc.

 

I just started drinking the kool-aid and it tastes good. Opening kick-off can't come soon enough.

Trust me Ray the Koolaid is Blue and Gold for me too sometimes.. And I'm sorry you had to sit through the 04 bowl game... But it can't be worse then living in Portland, and hearing nonstop how they kicked our ass twice... I hold my own against the Or st. fans, but those losses still hurt... I used to be a Or st. fan....:twisted:

I was at the Insight Bowl too. Unfortanately I was one of those that left early too. I had a lot of fun pre-game though...

if we start 2-0 i'll be a believer for sure. Despite Michigan's problems, still not going to be easy to beat them next year in the big house. Our run d was not impressive last year, especially against them.
