    he did look pretty tired during the press conf.

    oddly enough i bet the only people who may have known where he was going were coaches at USC and UCLA. Since Manti said he wanted to contact all of the coaches of the schools he didnt choose, and I believe he did do that, they talked to him this morning and may have known where he was going. This kid seems like a stand up person and since the ND coaches werent told he wasnt coming to ND they may have been able to figure they had won his services.

    In his presser, he said he actually wasn't able to let anyone know since he made his decision so late...

    CW had better run that team on nitrous next year because he can literally roll this hawaii bowl, recruiting coup into a great season and even greater 2010 recruiting season. I feel like we are on our way up. You know you look at the Auburn probation team of Bowden's. I don't think they were loaded with 5 stars. They've just got straight up ballers. I think there are some good similarities with that team and our team. I have a feeling that this class will give us a starting OT, OG , RB, LB and WR before the end of the year. Riddick will make some appearances on special teams, as will Motta. I'm excited about our guys. Sure I would've liked to get a few others too. Mainly Moore and Jelani Jenkins. In fact, JJ sounded all ND with his pre-commit talk and then said I chose Florida. I just shook my head. These kids are really at football mills and as soon as they can't produce the coaches make it known that they should transfer or leave school to open a scholarship. This happens. I had a couple of buddies in chiro school who played for Auburn, Florida and FSU. It happens at schools but it doesn't happen at Notre Dame. Now I've heard of ND offering an academic scholarship and that could free up an athletic scholarship. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks! Chiro
