No inside source other than what I have heard on the radio, but I heard Starling narrowed it down to us and USC. If that is indeed true, I wonder if Starling will pick us since Moore went to USC, or also likely that Starling told CW he was going to pick ND, and once Moore heard that Starling would come he decided to go to USC. Just idle speculation but what else is there to do now anyway.

I don't see why Starling would pick USC unless he really hated the weather in South Bend -- which is possible.

 

They have Moore (5*) and McDonald (4*) there, as well as Patrick Hall, a 5* ATH who figures to play safety there.

 

Would he really want to be the 4th guy to sign there at his position?

It's a victory, though small, during my day to see someone confirm what I said twice the day before - that Starling was going to USC or ND - though everyone kept saying he was going to UGA or UF. Anyway, I just wanted to point that out; because I usually miss on this kind of stuff. I lay claim to my gold star sticker for the day.

From what I'm seeing, it sounds like Teo and Starling to USC.

What are you seeing about Starling? I thought for sure he was ND...

I'm thrilled with the guys who signed. Relieved with Evans and Wood...so very relieved...

Ohio, at least with your speculation, you were honest that it was only your opinion. I just get tired of those that say they have an inside source or that they 'know' what a kid is gonna do, when it is still actually 'speculation'. I do not deny some people have inside information that can give more weight to their opinion, but it still is a best guess unless the kid is the source!!!
