I have a feeling 1 of the fullbacks (Toben Opurum or Tyler Gaffney) will commit.

I agree with most. I don't think we lose any and pick another 1-2 up. Most likely, we get one of th FBs and I think someone else we don't expect. I don't have any inside info, I just think we will pick someone up late that isn't currently on our radar.

 

Now, if we lay an egg in the bowl game, I reserve the right to change that prediction.

I think get 3 more recruits and end up with 21. No inside info but I have a good feeling about Teo, the staff has definitely put on the full court press to get him. I also think Byron Moore will end up Irish, its been "said" that ND is still an option for him and that "he loves the coaching staff". And maybe 1 more sleeper like Isaac Holmes or Toben Opurum.

I think we are done w the 18 current commits and we keep em all thru signing day. i would love to be wrong and we pick up another 1 or 2, but i just don't see it happening.

i believe 21 is the max? we'll get up to that if possible, we offered a longsnapper. LONGSNAPPER! there will be offers going out based on senior year tape to guys with UPSIDE.

I think an OL in the style of Dever, a LB (Teo) and if not him a FB/LB. and maybe a DL of some type.

ND needs to use all 85 scholarships on guys who will be dedicated to football for 4 years. rewarding walkons is great, but that's not what the 85 are for.

I don't have the same feeling about Byron Moore based on what I've read dread. In fact, I thought he confirmed his SC commitment. What makes you think we still have a chance with him?

But I have a subscription to the 4HL, and P.Sampson posted it himself yesterday that Moore's father emailed him to let him kno ND is still an option. Why would his dad out of the blue email him that ??? Plus the fact that he and Shaq are close, and I believe its been said that he looks up to Shaq, and that was why he committed to USC when it was rumored Shaq soft verballed to them. I could be wrong, but I have a good feeling about Teo, Moore, and at least 1 sleeper

More rumors about Pollard visiting UCLA. Remember last year when a certain recruit had a picture taken saying he was "All Irish"?

I think ND will add 2 players. I think we add a DL and add an utility offsensive player such as a FB or possibly try to fill a late Oline spot. My concern is if current committs will listen or read all the negative things being said about our coaching staff and go elswhere. I thing as fans we need to remember that the negativity from us effects recruits. Maybe now so much on this board, but definetaly on the paysites.

Does anyone else like the fact that we turned down the Texas bowl in order to go to Hawai'i where we can have Te'o on our sidelines again...

 

Something to consider over the next week...we still have a shot with a top 10 recruit...

i dont think we get anyone else now--- just reality after the press beating we took--i think we can hold on to all but 1 of current commits--- 17 next year including the snapper-lol-- you loose and loose you pay the price such is life-- if we can start winning next year we can slavage things next year -- if not were in a world of recruiting troubles
