hey, we'd pretty much be undefeated if there were only three quarters to a football game.did Charlie forget there's a fourth quarter? Definitely yes to the bowl. It give us much needed practice and a lower tier bowl may give us a chance to end on a good note, yesterday aside. The program can always use the money, the recruits want to see it and we really really really need the practice.

We would be dumb not to accept a bowl bid. We will be going bowling and it will be great for an extra month or so of practice for the young kids. Improvement...we need it! As mad as I was yesterday, I would still hate to see Charlie fail at ND...I want him to be successful, but I am starting to worry about our progress. We did win 3 more than last year already though. He'll get another year, we should just be patient.
