hawaiiirish
rumors of green jerseys-- what do you think about it?
irishndfan2
keep them away in my opinion, theyve lost their meaning when u use them every year. i think the team should get black jerseys similar to the basketball team's black jerseys, i think that would look cool

rdrdreamer
I really don't have a preferrence either way. And as far as I am concerned...we can wear nothing...as long as we kick the crap out of the Condoms in a couple weeks. In fact...I will streak butt ass naked down the street and back if we win that game. Put me down for an evening of nakedness...
NDJoe06
CW was grinning on the press conference when he announced that all students should wear green to support the first carbon neutral ND game.... yeah we will be wearing green jerseys. domeanddomer
I love the green Jersey's. I'd rather them be the home unis than the blues. Exactly what is irish about "Navy" blue?
NDJoe06
maybe the color of the ocean on their way across the pond while escaping the potato famine? Oh and even if it isnt cold... tell people it was cold or there was a stiff breeze(pun intended)... that way you always can be like... "hey it was cold, don't judge me"
mcdougal93
CW was grinning on the press conference when he announced that all students should wear green to support the first carbon neutral ND game.... yeah we will be wearing green jerseys. What the hell is a "carbon neutral game?" No disrespect I just have never heard of a carbon positive/carbon negative game. This whole environmental/global warming/climate change crap is getting out of hand.
echo88
Lets not forget that ND is one of the few schools that have made very few changes to their jerseys over the years. I find that admirable. Save the green for a big time game, like it used to be. Big time means we are top 5 and are owning top 25 teams... Black is out of the question. Teams like FSU are using it to direct attention to a failing program. Besides, it wouldnt look much diff than our home jerseys....
IrishPolock
Why not wear the greens... i like em... and we are playing Cuse so it sounds like a good time to reverse the curse thats on them... And FSU with the black jerseys is more on nike than fsu.
Guest Qwertyy
They seem to motivate the other team more than our own. (see Usc games)
