Semper Fi ND du Lac
http://recruiting.scout.com/2/801966.html I will off myself from this cruel, cruel world if Nick Montanan goes to a SEC school.
echo88
He is in love with the beach. We're doomed. That's ok, I doubt he would beat out Jake Heaps for snaps anyway in SB.
Franco
Damn, I would love it if he were to come to South Bend...200 yards and 12 touchdowns even though he rarely plays in the second half? I don't care who you are, those are good numbers.
domeanddomer
I couldn't help but see USC come up in that article. Joe has a responsibility to keep his blood away from SC. If he doesn't become a Domer, then I don't really care where he goes as long as it isn't Michigan or SC.
irishziggy
i wouldnt want to see him @ stanford either.
gipper2nd
Who we need to look at is the kid, ( I think his name is Uribe), from Santa Barbara,(Calif), who leads the state in passing! I've seen his high lights & he could play in the NFL right now................he is that good!

I don't think USC is going to offer him, so no need to worry DnD
echo88
The USC offer will roll in once Heaps is Irish.... Teo will let Heaps know what a great fit it has been for him and his beliefs..... Mmmmm.....future.

Guest red8
With USC gettin Barkley this year, will Carrol even offer a QB. I'd imagine they'd be in the same boat as us this year. 2 good QB's ahead of you tend to make recruits nervous. But then again USC has no problem takin 2-3 4/5* RB's a year. That's an excellent comparison, much like ND only offered a couple QBs, I only see a few QB offers for SC in the 2010 class, maybe 3 tops
da coach
Frankly, I tend to agree with the idea that so long as he isn't Michigan or USC I will cheer for the kid... Hopefully he ends up at ND or Cal as both schools develop QBs and I want to see him in the NFL like his old man...
dangeruss
it would be strange to see him go to stanford and play against ND in our house.
