i was reading up on the Power Forward from North Carolina who chose Duke over UNC, WF, & ND. Then I went into Rockne's Roundtable, went back to the front page and saw it. It actually startled me lol, wasnt expecting it just yet. But glad we got him. He's a great pickup. I think CW & Staff being upfront with him from the get go and the slimeball beating around the bush helped us out.

You are absolutely correct about the slimeball angle, IZ. It's alledged that the kid himself mentioned he didn't trust Urbie.

This wasn't like the Ryan Kelly to Duke basketball saga that broke so many hearts. Zeke was a ND lean since the summer camps. He put Florida and UB in the same role we've been in so many times. Kid claims he's "Jonesing" for a ND offer. Gets it. Then verbals to the school who was with him from jump.

Payback's a gray headed...............

yes hes a great fit-- smaller speedy linebacker is probably the plan-- very good pickup for us-- hopefully shaq is next up-- and one defensive end as well bonds or custis and im very happy!! whoever made that ZEKE and DESTROY sign should give themselves a pat on the back-- it was the first thing he commented on and set the mood for a great visit and a quick commit-- URBAN was too little too late for ZEKE

4.6/4.65 who cares read about him. He's a football player, every coach he's had and every opponent's coach raves about his football instinct. It's the old argument about the NFL combine, they are only numbers and numbers don't necessarily translate into being a stud on the field. It's a great get.
