irishndfan2
i personnally think ND rolls in this one. it think we establish run game purdue is ranked(106 on Defense). Purdue's pass d is especially bad, look at last year, we even had over 250 in in the air against Purdue last year with a horrible Offense. I think we find a way to slow down painter, and we win big, just my thoughts.

ColinKSU
Purdue 31 - Notre Dame 10. We can't block anyone, we can't run the ball and Purdue's just going to tee-off on Lambert. It's going to be ugly.
rdrdreamer
I have to believe that to a man...the team is going to take the MSU game personally. And as a team...show up. Irish...27 Purdue...
domeanddomer
Here's the problem....Purdue isn't really that good. Then again, neither was MSU. I completely agree that Painter is licking his chops watching the film from Lambert's side. However, I think we will do ok in this game. We're at home. We've been brought down to earth. The team will have the tape to watch from last week to help fix what went wrong. And I think the guys are getting mad again. I not only predict an Irish victory, but I also predict that we kick a field goal. It might be a 20 yarder, but I think it's happening this week. I sincerely believe that this is going to be Mike Floyd's break out game. He is the real deal and fires me up. ND 31 PU 27 BTW: Can we some how archive this post forever? I'm actually positive here and I'm not really sure what to do now. Never been in this situation before. This is unprecedented. Never fear though, I feel the dark rain cloud not too far away. Guest brady112106
The coaches hopefully took their lumps, are completely taking the challenge at hand (to improve the run), go back to practice with passion and not let the players fall back into the funk that was 2007. I do have faith this team will improve week to week. ND 31 PU 21 (yes there's a field goal in that winning score). Maybe I'm just a homer or too optimistic. ndmike88
I can't get a good feel for this years offense. Is the offense like the one that barely got by SDSU??? Is the offense like the one that handled Michigan??? Or is this offense like the one that played against MSU???? This weeks game should tell us which offense ND has. chirodomer
Considering that Central Michigan's leading rusher was their QB. I will have to say that unless Golden Tate has 200 total yards. Purdue wins this one 31-10. If Tate has 200 yards then ND wins 17-14 on MAUST FG!

irishziggy
this is going to be a tough game. purdue is better than we think. they're def better than sdsu & michigan. im hoping their defense isnt as good as msu, but i think they're offense is better than msu. they have a good rb in kory sheets and painter is 10 x's better than hoyer. dangeruss
purdue's offense is much better then NDs defense against the spread and purdue's defense is good enough to keep NDs running game under wraps forcing jimmy clausen to throw more interceptions in this game. simply ND is not improving. Purdue - 31 Notre Dame -
Guest jpolito830
I think ND will take this one...Should be a close game though, maybe 27-24 Irish.
