up until this week, I wasn't so sure that we'd get him. Damn Mike Farrell got all of our hopes up lol. It's alright though. G-rob is a good kid and I wish him well. This bodes well for the Deion Walker announcement. I wish D-Walk announced first though b/c this wouldnt seem so bad. If Deion chooses PSU, I might be a lil' ticked off.

Good luck to him. He'll do well there.

Great kid who did it the right way. Wish him nothing but luck at ASU. I hope he has a great career.

yup im glad he didnt pick us and then risk not playing with walker commiting b/c he will get a lot of playing time at ASU

Yeah, I like Robinson a lot and I think he will be an excellent player for Arizona State. Good luck to him, he seems like he has a good head on his shoulders.

i wouldnt say im glad he didnt pick us b/c he would've found a way to play for us whether it be safety or WR or even growing into a LB. Kinda like Chris Harper, you knew he prob was going elsewhere b/c of the depth chart, but you realy hoped he chose us b/c he's the kinda athlete you want at your school.

yea i guess but its not devestating. i would've taken him if he wanted to come in a heart beat, but good choice for him and good luck to him.

one thing that did surprise me about his decision is the announcers said that gerrel had told them that academics was a huge factor and that he wanted to go to a good law school and get his degree in law. not taking anything away from ASU, but ND has a better law school and overall better academics so this was confusing.

How many times have we heard that acedemics was huge and then the pick poor acedemic schools. Not saying anything bad about GRob cuz i think he is a heck of a kid. But players like Lorenzo Edwards, Myron Rolle, etc. said acedemics is important, then they choose UF and FSU.

GRob made the right choice for himself, he wants to play WR and it would have been tough to get good playing time until he auctally learned to play it properly.

At ASU he will get a chance sooner, and its home for him, he should have a good career.

when you pick FSU and UF over ND for academics you show how important academics are to you. You want to be sure you are academically eligible and you can't take basket weaving 101 or the history of gatorade at ND.

Pretty sure Myron Rolle wants to be a doctor and I think FSU has a decent program for that.

I HATE YOU GERELLE!!!!!

j/k.

I think the kid realizes he can play close to home and play right away. Kudos to him, Deion took the sting outa GRobs decision, so I'm happy for both of them.

I think he was an ND lean but that he really liked ASU as well and that family won out in the end.

According to scout, Gerell Robinson remarked this week that he didn't want to be the fourth wide receiver at any school. With

Deion Walker committing today, G. Rob would have been the 4th receiver.

4.58 speed Not what we need!

Jarret wasnt that fast either, but he had no problem tearing up teams while at USC.

Canadian....now quite sure if you're being sarcastic here. Is this true?

Maybe I got my facts mixed up, but im pretty sure the progam he is taking at FSU is decent.

Have fun when you get a new coach in a couple years

good luck bro

Actually, Rolle had pretty high grades and from what I know his school was a good one.
