Braxston must have gave him a call last night. LOL

I wonder what this means for D. Walker? Is he expected to announce tomorrow as well? Could be a very good day for ND.

Well then I hope Braxston also asked him to put Patrick Johnson on the phone.

Braxston is good, but I don't think he can perform that kind of miracle

Sweeet!!! He must've had The Realization!!!

i'm not trying to front here but i had posted previously that my "source" had said to me that GRob was going to do this and stuck by it even when reports that GRob was not going to announce on saturday.

so, good job, my "source!" :D

Gerelle's been hanging out with the ND recruits all week and even when they were doing the NBC spot, they kept trying to get GRob in on the action. They said he "fits in" like Trevor Robinson "fit in" at the banquet. I'm not sure it matters if Deion Walker commits b/c GRob will already be in. If Deion is destined for ND he'll come. All week I thought that Deion would hurt our chances for GRob if he committed on saturday b/c GRob had said he wasnt going to announce, but something changed his mind :D

btw, how obvious is it that i am reveling in my first, and most likely only, inside recruiting info? i must be stopped!

question...... i know that there was speculation that g robs decision may have been predicated on d walkers intention. does the reverse apply?????????

this would be a huge pickup for ND. ND was recruiting robinson as a WR but will he come in as an athlete or what. personally i'd rather have walker over robinson at WR.

doesnt seem likely. Deion knows very well that his abilities will put him on the field at either school next year and his family is big on his education. PSU's a good school as well, but I always thought that we were the favorite for his dad (who i believe is a professor or principal of some sort). If he chooses PSU then that was prob his choice all along, if he chooses us then i'm changing my mind and getting drunk sat night :D

remember the rumblings that some WRs might be hitting the road, so the depth might not be as bad in the fall. Either way, GRob can play both, so that should sell him that his talent will eventually get him on the field somewhere for ND.

Their seems to be a lot of reports that Walker's dad loves ND and wants him at the school but he personally wants to go to PSU. The speculation is also that he will in the end be Irish buckling to what his dad wants. Is there any truth to this? If he ends up at ND I hope he likes it and doesnt end pullling a transfer down the road. What do you think?

Oh yah, since this thread is about GRob I think he's a stud and will be awesome wherever (ND  ) he goes.

Walker has committed to 3 schools, but he'll most likely end up at ND. GRob will be Irish and is slowly warming up to the idea of playing S or LB.

I wonder if playing and practicing at that position for the AAA game has casued his change of heart.

PSU, ND, and what other school has Walker committed to? USC? I remember an earlier post of yours alluding to this and I am curious who they are.
