I just hope CB's days aren't numbered as well.

I was just about to post this, you guys find this affecting any of their recruits?

I actually heard rumblings about this about a month back while I was traveling on business. I couldn't find any articles or internet chatter on it so I dismissed it. Looks like the people I heard from may be right.

I think that CB is going to be here for a while, he still has some work to do. If your worrying about the UM job domer, they are looking at Les Miles as #1, #1A, #1B, #2, #3, #4,....

I was refering to CB going to UM as a D coordinator. Before everyone flips their lid and start jumping off of bridges, I didn't say I have inside knowlege nor any kind of rumor NOR am I trying to start one. All I wanted to say is that it concerns me.

I've heard from a very good U-M source that this is it for Carr. Whether that means retirement or being forced out, I don't know.

This same source basically agreed with Fanatic, and I don't think it's any secret that Les Miles is their man. Personally, I think that it would be a moronic decision by Miles, but whatever. That's a whole 'nother topic.

Bottom line is, it looks like Carr is done at U-M.

I don't see Corwin Brown going anywhere. Even if it his alma mater Meechigan. It equates to a lateral move. Besides, wouldn't Bo Pelini just follow Les Miles to Ann Arbor?

CB has begun to turn this defense around. It doesn't show when Navy and Air Force put up 40+. But I believe with the players that he is helping bring in, he can turn this defense around very quickly.

Thats what I'm hearing down here in Fl. If Carr leaves they will be going after Les Miles. Hes Alum and played there. But, if he wins a NC he may have hard time leaving but, crazier things have happened.

Wouldnt it be interesting if Miles didnt go to UM? Meyer was supposed to come to ND. That never panned out. Crazier things have happened. I hope he turns them down and they have to go for plan B or C or D. That would warm my heart.

My buddy is from Louisiana and he told me last night that there have been quite a few Big Blue sightings down in the bayou. Kind of funny. Saban from MSU to LSU to Dolphins to Alabma. Now it's looking like the opposite for his successor.

The thing with Miles is that I'm not sure he is that great of a coach. He inherited such a great situation at LSU that it would have been tough to screw it up. Now, to his credit, he was smart enough not to. The jury is still out in my mind.

Blarney, I was thinking the same thing.

Great minds think alike Germany. Hey man, fell free to call me Stank. It's an old nickname I go by.

You got it Stank. For the time being LSU sounds like a better job but over the long haul Michigan is probably better. I still think Miles will stay at LSU. He's got a quicker road to a National Champion. A NC will bring a fatter bank account.
