November 12, 200717 yr Two movies that get to me. The Rookie (when the dad calls his son to tell him he was called up to the majors) I struggle to pull back a tear everytime. Non sports related movie but anyone who doesn't get choked up watching Old Yeller is lying.
November 12, 200717 yr i'm with u blaney i always get choked up with rudy, and the rookie..no matter how hard i try i always get tears comin down... Now we just have to show these players the movie and see if they start to play better...Also seeing Laws post game interview gets me choked up...He really gets it and wants to win for nd so bad...Man if only the other players are like Laws....go irish
November 13, 200717 yr I've been choking back tears every Saturday for the last 10 weeks (save one)! LOL!!
November 13, 200717 yr Rudy always makes me cry. The only other movie that I've cried in was World Trade Center for obvious reasons. I always choke up when i watch videos on youtube of the 1988 season. Theres a great one out there for the Miami game with Crockett's Theme from Miami Vice in it great stuff.
November 13, 200717 yr i dont cry, but i get the chills watching the K-Mac basketball story (the kid with autism scoring all those 3's) and watching Pass Right story on ESPN those are both awesome...wish i could find the original K-Mac story on ESPN...it was really good
November 13, 200717 yr to add to my earlier post... u really just have to watch the first 30 seconds...but this always gives me goosebumps. watched almost all the games that year with my dad (we got this channel)...those were my heroes since i was 7. It's such a good memory, and nice to see my team finally win something (they won the EPL, the FA Cup, and the Champions League in the same year, 1 of 3 teams to do so in history of european soccer) from '98-'99. Sorry, know the majority on here dont care about soccer but just was sharing something that ALMOST makes me cry and to explain the first 30 seconds...they were down 1-0 in stoppage time of their final game in the Champions League (they had already won the previous two), and they scored 2 goals in 2 minutes to win...that being the winner

I cried watching the first 5 seconds of that.. Oh and my eyes started to bleed. Maybe we can recruit one of those soccer players..... as a kicker.
November 13, 200717 yr haha...has anyone seen the Beckham/Reggie Bush commercials? Beckham tied the NFL record FG length with Bush as a holder. And the Bayern Munich goalie (not sure if he still is)....back in 2002 during the world cup was hitting the ball 75-80 yards and he made it look easy. id say thats equivelant to a 65 yard FG if you hit it 75 yards...soccer balls are a bit easier to hit. tdnd81...you didnt really cry did you hah someone tell me that watching their favorite team win a championship doesnt give them at least goosebumps
November 13, 200717 yr OOHHHH i want to see Brian's song so badly...thats the Brian Picillo one right? btw i cant spell picillo, piccillo, piccilo, etc
