After this loss, does any of your guys perspective on current commits leaving change. I personally wouldn't be surprised if at least 3 leave by February. Now if Charlie got Cyrus Gray and Dion Walker to commit this weekend, then ill almost forgive him for yesterday's lost, thats a big almost.

We were 1-7. 1-8 Doesn't change much

Clausen will be the QB, hopefully the line grows with experience/tougher practices and nearly all the defense returns. They see opportunity and they have all said they are solid. Hunter could be a worry though

Well on the good Omar news front. The mods on TOS for USC said they tried to get an update on Omar but have been unable to reach him because he changed his number not wanting to talk with recruiters anymore.

I've seen Omar's myspage page and it's decked out in all ND. As long as Corwin stays so do the recruits.

No joke. I will take an Omar Hunter coupled with a Navy loss versus the opposite. One good way to look at this, is their is no more pressure in this game in future years when the game actually means something. Are we really going to look back this year and say 'Damn, we could have been 4-7.'

Quick Question: Does anybody thing Omar doesn't start day 1 next year? I don't say that about any incoming freshman, but I think he could start at DE or NT next year with Kuntz taking the other position.

Kuntz might move to DE next year, and yes, I think Omar could start from day 1. Even if his technique isnt perfect right away, he is enough of a physical freak to be a disruptive NT.

There's been rumblings that ND got another commit this weekend. Hopefully we hear something this week.

Ian Williams will have another year in the program and benefit hugely, he won't walk into any job

Per Cyrus Gray's mom, he did not commit this weekend.

Deon Walker decided to stay another day until Monday which has to be a good thing.

Thanks for the Info Loma. Let's cross our fingers for Deon to come help us fix this disaster.

That would be an extremely good thing but it is UNconfirmed at this point.

there is however a lot of good buzz on Walker. Wouldn't that be amazing!? I'm dying to see this class come through, and then see it on the field.

sorry guys...Deion said he spent the night in Chicago. But Dayne thinks we have a good shot and Dayne's been right before (i.e Jonas Gray).

Dayne said "We've got a good shot with him [Deion Walker], trust me."
