  1. A&M will be at 25. Two arent getting in and a bunch of them were mid-termers.
  2. He doesnt have the frame for 265, but he does have the frame to be a situational Rush LB. Throw 40 lbs on him and he'll be fine. Could be Von Miller light.
  3. Derrick Griffin probably wont get into A&M. Echols-Luper will slide to defense. And LaRue is visiting A&M on the 18th. Hopefully we can get him to slide to defense.
  4. They're not that good of a OL. Something went horrendously wrong with your defense.
  5. A&M is a difficult team to defend against. 1. JFF's a pretty damn good QB. While some think he's DR, he has a much better arm, and his passing numbers are really good by themselves. But what sets him apart is vision and his ability to run. Some called him Gale Sayers, some called him Messi, but the kid is just a really good runner. Even if he couldnt throw the ball, he'd make an outstanding RB. 2. A&M's RB's and WR's are pretty damn good by themselves. Evans/Swope are incredibly effective and the RB's have been really moved forward over the course of the year. 3. A&M's OL is outstanding. One NFL VP called them the best collegiate line he's seen in 15 years. I agree. 4. Teams that were able to stop them had extremely good front sevens, particularly, at the DE. How tuitt matched up against Joeckel would determine any hypothetical game. I think it would be close early on, but A&M would pull away in the second half. Truth in advertising: I'm an Aggie and follow A&M football closely...but....my wife is a 2005 grad, uncle is a grad, grandfather is a 1919 grad and played football there...so my second team is the Fighting Irish.

There are others I'm higher on...Brandon Williams, Aaron Green, LaFredrick Ford, Malcom Brown. But he is quality.

Coach, I thought schools have stopped looking at him as hard because of ronnel? He is firmly in the 2nd tier of backs this year, but a good prospect. I still expect him to end up at oSu.
  8. 1. That article was from 2 weeks ago. I think he would be interested in an Aggie offer. 2. A&M hasn't offered because he isn't a traditional TE. They are concerned about his ability to stay in and block. That's why we are waiting on Jace Amaro before offering Stevenson.
  9. The Ags didn't offer him yet because they don't see him as a true TE and more of a TALL WR. Btw, blew the brown comment. It was an OL that committed. But Brown should end up in College Station before it's all done. On a side note Quincy Aldridge is telling people he will committ to A&M at our one day camp in June
  10. I expect Green to end up at NU, Brown at OU, Sims at tu, and Kenny Williams at A&M.
  11. I dont know but Ketch and Perroni were both saying he had test score issues. He may be the Number 1 OL but its a down year and he would be Cedric O or Jake Matthews who are arguably better. He himself has said he is "concerned" about coming in behind that class.
  12. 3. He was interested in A&M until he saw the OL class we brought in (3rd in Nation) 4. He's going to be a Sip.
  13. 1. Greenlea was a grade risk until he got some test scores last week. 2. A&M recruits very well in the state and has moved into a tie with OU for 2nd behind the Sips.
  14. It comes down to Media Markets, right now the B10 Network is struggling since the SEC got its monster deal with ESPN. If it were able to weaken the B12 and strengthen its own position it will find itself in a better spot to increase market share. Rutgers/Cuse would be great, but really how much do NEastern Sports Fans really follow college athletics? Kansas City and St Louis makes more sense.
  15. Guys, it will be Mizzou for several reasons. 1. Most importantly, Mizzou gives the B10 a media market it doesnt already have (St Louis, KC) and it takes away from a B10 rival. PSU already provides the Pittsburgh market, Louisville isnt a big enough market. 2. Mizzou wants out of the B12 because they, and other north schools feel the conference is skewed towards to the South Schools. 3. Mizzou is competitive in multiple sports: Rutgers and Cuse arent. 4. Already a natural rivalary with Illinois. If the B10 is REALLY gutsy, it would absorb the following schools: KU, Mizzou, and NU to create a super conference in basketball/football. Those schools are also the most disillusioned with the B12
