Guest IrishTobey Posted July 21, 2005 Share Posted July 21, 2005 I just read this South Bend tribune article and they said something was up with Leitko that neither Weis nor Travis would elaborate on. They said he's not listed on the roster. Anybody have any info other than that. ND is woefully thin already and although his stats weren't great he is quality player ND needs on the line. I hope he comes back this year. My gut feeling is that he's gone, but that's is purely my opinion. I do recall reading an article awhile back that cited distance from home as a major reason why TL was having trouble at ND. However, CW has proven that he can connect with these guys better than anyone expected, so I'm not giving up all hope. Looks like this will be a "wait and see" issue.
