Seven Coaches on the Road

From Coach weis presser we see once again Coach Weis is sending seven coaches out on the road to recruit.

 

Seven coaches at one time is the maximum allowed by the NCAA. This is a real PUSH.

 

If you recall Coach Weis did it just once before to a kid in Ohio. The kid wanted a personal visit from Weis who was at that time obligated to patriots. The kid went elsewhere. I think this time around with 4-1 and the media blurbs will be a bit more impressive.

 

 

I figure it's the Oklahoma and California guys? Asked my daughter who is stationed in Oklahoma to heads up any Ok news for DD.

This weekends recruiting trip seems like it is very important...does anyone know the recruits that we are focusing on?

Seven Irish assistant coaches will be on the road recruiting Thursday and Friday. Weis, Vaas and tight ends/assistant special teams coach Bernie Parmalee will remain in South Bend to be Weis' "skeleton crew," as the head coach described it Monday, for Thursday's practice.

Nope don't really know. I don't think it's like the seven to one Ohio guys house more fanning out over the country. They are all due back toinght so?? Maybe there's an announcement or to forthcoming?

 

Champion 10 should know first hand he get Rivals and all.

 

Purely guessing we came up dry Thursday. You would think we'd get at least one?

 

I see it as if it's a kid whow wants to make a 'production' out of his choice he needs time to inform his local media and if it's at school coaches and students around. Past 4PM EDT now so any choosing means that windows closing. Schools out in the East.
