A buddy just bet me a pop that ND would win by more than 21 points. I think I'm going to take it b/c I don't think the Irish will run it up. I think they could win by 40 but I think they will take it easy on Ty out of respect for him. That's a win/win. If ND blows them out I'll love that and if they only win by 2 tds' I'll get a pop. Sweet. I'm definitely taking the bet.

Go to it Tobey. As I see it the situation is Notre Dame can't win off the field. If ND has a huge lead all we are going to hear is "We ran it up on poor Ty." Slim to medium lead "We were not good enough." I'd say the sportwwriters already wrote both versions and merely have to send it in. (Sarcasim intended.)

 

I'd simply be if the opportunity is on the field to score go do it unless your sending in subs the last few minutes.
