Anyone on campus next weekend?

I’ll be there rolling around with four young kids…not exactly getting blasted. Haha.

I also don’t know if I want to rid myself of anonymity so I can continue to be an a$&hole online…keyboard warrior is fun. 🤣🤣🤣

For any Veterans on here, last I looked there were tickets to the UVA game on Vet Tix. That’s how I got tickets to the Navy game. Tickets are free, all you pay is about a $4 fee per ticket. Usually you can request up to 4 tickets per person. You have to use id.me for proof of service. Any first responders, there is also a version of the Vet Tix website just for you as well. I don’t recall the name of it so give it a look see! I’d love to go but I cannot swing the airfare right now. I’m hoping there will be some tickets on there for the Army game.

I will definitely do this when we have the money to do so as well. One day, and hopefully soon!

What’s the alcohol policy on Gameday? Can I walk with a Guinness?

You can walk around campus with alcohol while tailgating. No alcohol is sold in the stadium. You can smuggle in whatever you get through security.

Yes, it has always been like that. If you do smuggle some into the stadium, just make damn sure the Ushers don’t see you because if they see you with it you WILL be kicked out of the stadium. Most cops don’t care but it’s a hard rule for the Ushers and there a LOT of Ushers.

I’d never risk sneaking something in like that. I don’t need alcohol to have fun at a game.

Wow, I had no idea there was no alcohol allowed at Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend! That kind of stinks, but not a deal breaker for me!

We have friends that live close and go to games occasionally. They went to this one today, and we’re already planning on going to a game at Notre Dame next season!

I have snuck and drunk plenty of alcohol in the stadium. Now my daughter does it as a student. The concessions sell hot chocolate, which begged for a bit of alcohol on colder game days.
