Thats me this week Nick. I saw NIU. I don't want anyone to take a week off and get run through. His school missed Saban when they played Vanderbilt for sure.

ND doesn't just need to win out, they need to beat down opponents and show the selection committee that they have improved since NIU.

That NIU loss is going to be hung over ND's head regardless, but showing the committee that they are a top tier team in November will go a long way to ensure they are seeded appropriately and don't risk getting bumped.
