By the numbers...

ND finishes with 3 Top 50, 5 Top 100, and 8 Top 247 recruits.

This is a really good class in terms of top end talent. This is the most Top 50 players since 2011 (Lynch, Tuitt, Ishaq Williams), and the most Top 100 players since 2011 (7 Top 100 recruits).

In the previous five classes...

Top 50 recruits: 1 (2023), 1 (2022), 0 (2021), 1 (2020), 1 (2019)

Top 100 recruits: 2 (2023), 4 (2022), 4 (2021), 4 (2020), 2 (2019)

Top 247 recruits: 12 (2023), 14 (2022), 9 (2021), 6 (2020), 9 (2019)

So, in the 2024 class, ND did really well with Top 50 and Top 100 recruits, but below average for Top 247 recruits. I'll take this class every day - ND needs more of these elite, Top 50/100 recruits.
