Something to make me feel better..

We have to crush UDub by at least 45 pts. I am having a hard time grasping that CW had a serious effect in us losing. I can't trust Schwapp anymore and where the hell was RPN.

:D Irish 19: I think we will.

I'm not sure if coach Weis wants to get into more then a 44-45 point game. Above that to me is sort of meaningless. Meaning so you had 35 TD's last year? Take away some 6 TD games against a weak opponent and then figure out how many you really had.

I'm still waiting to see if the darn game is going to be telivised here. I already saw some Penn ND people upset. They don't announce till Wed or Turs.????

Was worried cause originally it said 12:30PDT which makes it what 9:30 am here? I said I can't see myself sitting in PJ's (Kind of a bald faced lie about PJ's) sucking coffee watching an ND game that early. :D

They already destroyed 1st 30 minutes of Michingan state game and ND. These games ND plays 2:30 get run into. I wish they would change that crap.

Sir John, where the heck do you live if you are 3 hrs behind Pacific Time???

Irish19 and Weisguy, I don't think we should be so quick to trash Schwapp. His "fumble" at the goal line (although I truly believe it broke the plane) had more to do with the refs not blowing the play dead when they should have than anything else. Yes, he was probably a bit too agressive leading with the ball, but the play should have already been stopped. When he was stopped on 4th and 1, CW already said that was a broken play and he wasn't even supposed to get the handoff, so I can't really blame him there either. In both cases, our O-line got beat off the ball.

We'll never know if RPN would have gotten the job done in either scenerio, but I don't want Schwapp to lose any confidence either. The only thing I question is why RPN was so completely left out of the game. He's a proven performer, so I do think he deserved at least some touches in the game.

I agree there, definitely an overly-aggressive freshman mistake. I didn't mean you were trashing him, just didn't want anybody to start. That game really shows how just one play can change so much. There are just a handful of plays that have been pointed out that so easily could have been changed. Oh well, on to Washington, who I hope we absolutely DESTROY! Something to wash this bad taste out of my mouth.

Opps on the wrong side of the time zones. (Is it Septober yet?)

Who mentioned a bad play? Some mistakes but Good Lord I couldn't keep up with who got the ball for ND. I think seven receivers?.

Handle that blitz is my only concern. Dunno what occured there.

&^&* the flags once again but the kids are still 9 months in a book and 3 games. I understand.

For a bunch of junk-nobodies and do nothings last year this 2005 is outstanding. Sorta gets amusing the sports guys worried about a 'go to guy' and Coach Weis just if someone's open throw the darn thing or hand off. :D
