Seeing comments that Buchner broke his clavicle and done for the season.

We better see some great coaching now.

I wouldn’t be surprised.

probably find out tomorrow.

crazy how bad our QB situation is when you see most only teams trotting out good QBs each week.

Hope Angelli is ready…

Reported as significant at the very least. I have heard indications it could be for the season.

Maybe he can put on 15 pounds and learn to play linebacker or tight end.

Heck of an athlete and competitor. Just not a good QB.

LOL.   This is too perfect  for ND.

An absolute no upside pedestrian QB, that fans willed themselves to believe was the future,  is now going to redshirt this season.

We can get 3 more years of TB, well into the 2025 season now!  It will be like Ian book, but somehow even worse.

Next year the QB battle is already set -  Buchner gets the job!  He will be healed and a year more mature!  hahah

If Tommy can’t get Angeli ready to beat TB out next season, it will be his first indictment as to whether TR is as good as many think he is.

I’m team TR all the way but my speculation remains to be proven and the next year or so will be the revelation as to his skill as a true OC.

I think you’re taking a little too much joy in the young man being injured….

You don’t think he should be the starter. We get it…so did other people too.

When do updates come out?

Maybe if he didn't push-throw the football like a windmill, he could have had better success.

Are you excited for TB 2023?

Pine better be able to throw an accurate deep ball, because this offense is entirely dependent on executing them to score. He may be an upgrade to Buchner in that area. We'll see.

It's going to be interesting see if they make any schematic changes. I doubt Pine will be keeping on option runs, which further weakens our already weak running game, but again, perhaps they'll keep the QB run and then it's onto Angelli if Pine gets hurt. .

He needs surgery. 4 months out.

Take your antagonistic bullshit to Rivals. They have a free board you can slap dick with a bunch of other d bags.

Plenty of us including myself have been anti TB since last year here.

you’re simply looking for a fight and not gonna get it here.

I’m always excited for ND football no matter what the year or the qb. I’m the eternal optimist that still ND has a shot to win a National title with ND’s restrictions every year. So yes…

Team TR at this point?  There is no speculation he sucks.  No qb has been develeoped since he got here and his offenses suck.  Kelly covered up his warts and now that he is on his own it's obvious he is in over his head.  Marshall outcoached him.  frigin marshall

Yes I think Tommy is a good OC. What QB was developed before Tommy got here?

Many people criticize his play calling but I saw creativity finding something his team could run.

My take is that TB was someone who he got stuck with for various reasons and now is his chance to show his skill. If this team makes it to a bowl game this year it will be a great accomplishment and now hah TB is out of the way, I believe it’s achievable.

If it’s a shit show with no signs of improvement I’ll eat crow.

Yeah I’m indifferent. There are flashes of good coaching. He did have three wide open bombs for tds that Buchner missed that could of changed the game. Then again, he was coaching Buchner as if he is Jack Coan. He hasn’t completely changed with the person I that he has right now.
The slow drawn plays is what really makes me mad from Kelly to Rees right now.

I guess we’re watching different games because I see a lot of QB run derived offense. You can’t do that all the way down the field every drive. That has to open holes in the secondary and you have to hit your shots and that’s where it’s not Tommy’s fault he’s stuck with a QB who couldn’t hit water if he fell off a jet ski half the time.
