We're in a good position. No way we don't make the playoffs if we run the table (I know I know). 

Yeah, ND still in the top 10 is surely being shown some respect. But many of these teams played cream puffs last week, so for the most part, I don’t put too much stock in these early polls.

Do we really have the talent to be a top 10 team right now? I guess it doesn't really make any difference because we only have to be better than the teams on our schedule but it still feels high to me. It is tough to gauge after one week but I would be real curious to see how everyone's top 10 look around here.

I’d bet ND would beat anyone in the top 10 other than the top 3. 
But, I’ve probably been smoking something. 

If you look at the number of players who will probably play in the NFL, I would say that ND has Top 10 talent. There are very few Irish starters who you would say have no chance to play at the next level.

While some of ND's talent is young, not too many teams can say that. 

Better than what I thought. It is pretty clear that the media was impressed with ND's performance. If ND wins out, then they should be able to make the playoffs pretty easily.

Teams shouldn't be ranked until at least week 3.
