It takes Kelly 10 years to figure things out. He recruited like he was a Grand Valley there for a time. He must still think he has “restrictions”(golf) at LSU.

Long way to go here. Obviously, ND's offensive performance (i.e., QB and WR performance) is hurting. But long, long way to go. Having CJ Carr committed really helps, as those two have become close through the recruiting process. And he has had very positive things to say about ND and Freeman, even after the Stanford game, which he was in attendance for.

It's more like... Heupel's O is explosive... and is the #1 total offense in the CFB... And #2 pass O... 

Why wouldn't any WR consider UT.... And Knoxville/Campus/facilities are awesome.
