Staff needs to embrace who Lenzy is too. Hand him the ball on sweeps, let him receive screens in the slot. They shouldn't throw him a ton of jump balls. Now i do agree better technique, to win off the

It’s apparently a very real possibility. I think there’s a variety of issues from normal freshmen stuff to playing time to coach. Would be disastrous if either transferred.

I've seen where a new WR coach will help re: their uneasiness around Del and the WR room. It's so weird to me that universally people say a) Del is a great guy AND b) none of the WR trust Del. I'd love to know how both seem to be true?

Jayson Ademilola is also one I am concerned about, but ya, seems like Foskey will be going pro with that tweet.

I hope he pulls it off better than Davaris Daniels did.

Equinemious St. Brown has been pretty disappointing in GB as well.Β

LOL I know plenty of folks who are wonderful people personally, but lacking in their ability to handle their job.

I won't fault a player for wanting to move forward with the goal of playing in the league.Β  Agree that Austin has had his fair of struggles here, and I will give him props for sticking it out as long as he did.Β  He could have left but didn't.Β  Good luck to him.

I'm glad Lenzy is staying.Β  I hope a new coach can really help him out and polish him as a WR.

In the end you just hope every player gets good advice from multiple sources and carefully evaluates their own unique situation.Β  Then make an informed decision on the direction they need to go.

Very shocked. I thought he would grad transfer if he didn’t go pro. I will cheer for him to improve and support all ND players but he has got to improve his hands and build strength.Β

This one surprises me a little.

Me too, but we can use the depth.Β  It was evident against up tempo we just didn't have the horses

I’d like to think Freeman β€˜s Β coaching was strategic. Pushing everyone to their limits to see what those were. Our lack of depth (and talent at certain positions) became so obvious as the game went on, yet Freeman didn’t try to slow anything down or make any substitutions. Β

Our lack of depth was indeed obvious at WR, LB and Secondary.

Austin leaving hurts. We’ll be thin for another year. Β So let’s hope we can build the running game over the summer.

That said: was surprised at the dropoff at RB as well. Looks like Kyren pushed everyone to be better. Β Without him, we lose 2 more games this year easy. He kept drives alive all by himself.

What happens if Cam Hart gets hurt again? Β Even crazier drop-off, can’t even imagine the drop-off after Lewis…
