WTF just happened? Does this wake up administration? Coaches shouldn’t leave jobs like ND. If we want to compete, things need to change . That has been a thread for awhile .

Yes, bc this is very bad. 

Dude, this is great for us.  Cupboard is full.  We’ve proven we can win.  We are a hot coaching job.  I personally love Fickell and he recruits like a badass.  But, we really have our choice of great coaches.  Kelly will shit the bed at LSU.

Yep, I believe Brian Kelly loves Notre Dame.  He’s not leaving because be doesn’t like ND.

He’s leaving because someone else is making it impossible for him to stay and that’s not Brian Kelly’s fault.  That’s the responsibility of people above him.  

This is the biggest hire in recent memory. Lose all the progress he made or swing for the fences. Sure Rhule, Fleck and Campbell are intriguing but nowhere near home runs. Freeman too but ND is not a first job. 
 

I don’t care about his past, you do WHATEVER it takes to pry Urban Meyer away. 

I just don't like change. I'll be fine.

Unless Kelly cherry picks ND’s roster clean. Oh and recruiting is now shot to hell.

I'm only freaked because we don't know who will be hired.  I'll be fine once that happens.

I’d love to do that but it’s not going to happen. Maybe if he hasn’t gotten handsy with the blonde back in October, but after that, just no way.
