With Styles and Muhammad out, thats a really bad day for 2023 recruiting

Mpemba is the guy to replace Styles in this class.  And Rhett is the replacement for Muhammad.

Get it done

Agree with the first part. Styles is elite but there are several excellent prospects with high interest in ND that I think they are fine. Second part, they wanted Rhett and Muhammad. Rhett just becomes that much more important. WR, CB, and S are needs.

Yes. Likely would require something major to happen for a change

Given that his dad also played LB at OSU I feel like unless there is a major coaching change there that ship has sailed. Happy to have his brother wearing the blue and gold.

The QB offer to Jackson Arnold is terrible. His offer sheet is straight garbage. Rees is really setting the program back recruiting guys like this and Angelli.

Do you still feel this way?

Composite 4* 0.96 now and

WR Carnell Tate was at ND on Sunday after visiting OSU on Saturday.

Seems to be a toss up between the two. Not sure when he will decide. He originally planned to commit in October, but then backed off that timeline. Might be in the spring, but he could really pop any time.

My gut says OSU wins this one, unfortunately. He is the #1 WR in the 2023 class per 247 (and #7 in the 247 Composite). This is the type of battle ND needs to win to close the gap and actually compete for a National Championship.

Is it surprising that a top WR would pick Ohio State's point-a-minute offense?
