Having Fisher there is bigger than Buchner. Apparently Fisher has become a huge recruiter. He has asked the staff who they are recruiting. He has even asked for film of the recruits high on ND's board. LOL. He is in the ear of these guys.

Apparently Penn State cut ties with OL coach Matt Limegrover who I believe was lead recruiter for Tengwell and Rucci. Harbaugh looks like they are going to hire him at UM.
