Offense:

LT - Ronnie Stanley (Ravens)

LG - Quenton Nelson (Colts)

RG - Zack Martin (Cowboys)

Is that enough to be considered OL U? Notre Dame just dominated the OL.

May be the first time in NFL history? I looked back about 15 seasons and didn't see any.

LT Ronnie Stanley

LG Quentin Nelson

RG Zach Martin

Well deserved, certainly can't hurt recruiting on the o-line front.

very good for our OL recruiting, no doubt

And yet, somehow we struggle running against good teams. We have good players, I think our zone blocking scheme sucks.

Our RB talent since Adams has been a little lackluster.

Honestly with his NFL career thus far I am not sure Adams was that good. Might have been product of probably the best left side in CFB in a long time. Folsom looked the part before the ACL, but I would go back to Riddick/Wood as far Great backs. Williams was good as well. Riddicks been the best back in the Kelly era and he was a WR. I’m excited about the new Williams and Tyree though.

I was honestly never that high on Adams...The guy is like Jerry Rice in terms of speed

VERY slow coming off the line (with Adams, almost clunky it seems), but once he gets going, Adams has great top end speed and will pull away from almost anybody

With Jerry Rice, being slow off the line isn't that much of a detriment for a WR. Even on short routes, it's really about your route running more so than absolute stand-still acceleration

But for RB, they absolutely need that burst so that they can hit those holes that tend to close up quickly
