Is it true that Bama has never won a NC in White jersey's? I read that somewhere online today, and was just wondering if that was true.

They won't look as pretty when Te'o, Tuitt, and big Lou are chipping off that paint.

i love bamas unis, they are about as simple and basic as they come but they just look good.

We are undefeated in white this year. Our last 4 National Championship (1993, 2010, 2012) games have all been in Crimson.

 

I know we have won in white before but I would have to do some research (which I am not going to do) to tell you the year.

 

Simply put, it wont matter.

In a thread on a Bama board there is a tweet from someone saying the helmet is matte finish based on, what the author says, is his opinion from looking at the picture. I don't see it being matte. We don't wear a particularly glossy style of helmet so I think it is just the picture.

 

That said, I don't like anything but a team's traditional uniform. Matte looks good for high schools but to me it makes the players helmets/heads look huge.
